SUMMARY: Manufacturing Mechanic (Facilities Technician) The Culinary Center Facilities Technician is a mission-critical role at the heart of Culinary Services, driving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of the entire operation. This individual serves as the technical expert behind the scenes – ensuring all production equipment and facility systems run seamlessly, safely, and without disruption. This is not a traditional maintenance role. It is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing advanced equipment, and making real-time decisions that directly influence uptime and operational success.
