OC are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Leasing Partner to join our Leasing team at our Eastwood location. Working closely with our Property Managers, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless leasing experience, ensuring properties are leased efficiently and compliantly. Key Responsibilities: - Advertise available properties across relevant online platforms - Conduct open inspections, including some Saturday work - Manage and process tenancy applications accurately and promptly - Present applications and leasing information to Property Managers About You: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: - A current Property Management License or currently studying a Cert IV in Property Management (essential) - A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - A passion for real estate & growth in the industry Why Join OC?: At OC, our people are at the centre of everything we do.
