Consultant / Senior Consultant - Digital Media Department: Client Success - Europe: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Germany - Hamburg: Description: This is an important role in our Client Success team. The role will principally deliver insights and actionable recommendations around advertisers’ media activity, and a wide range of ad hoc and ongoing consultancy projects. The Consultant will bring media knowledge and insight to our clients, and be able to organise and present data to tell compelling stories. This role would suit someone with c. 3-5 years of experience in the media industry Key Responsibilities: - Deliver value-add advice to your clients across a variety of media channels. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Confidently present deliverables to clients - Craft the narrative for the client presentation, using data to provide the storytelling - Provide answers to the “So what?” and “Why?” questions that clients may ask - Support more junior members of the Client Success team e.g. coaching, editing of deliverables - Help to deliver a range of additional consultative work and local specific solutions to clients (e.g. client...
