Position Overview: The Healthcare Business Relationship Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and growing our partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role is a critical liaison between Medical Guardian, and our healthcare channel partners, working closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products and offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally. Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage.
