Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team to: Development of efficient engineering processes and documentation procedures Encourage the growth and development of Engineering personnel Collaborate with all departments to drive increased profitability and customer satisfaction Work with the Product Managers and Divisional Management to develop project scope and priorities - Develop new products rapidly and effectively - Provide excellent technical support to our customers - Support operations with engineering documentation and VA/VE efforts Personal Attributes: - Ethical and respectful, must be able to represent a company that is built on integrity. - Personally driven with a track record of success.
