Department: Anatomical Science and Neurobiology Location: Health Sciences Center Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Regular Term (Fixed Term) Job Req ID: R108258 Position Description: The Department of Anatomical Sciences and Neurobiology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine is seeking to hire a full-time faculty member to teach dissection-based Gross Anatomy as part of our integrated curricula for health care professionals and graduate students. This is an open track 12-month appointment with a rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with experience. Candidates must have a PhD in a related field and a strong record of relevant teaching experience, with a preference for 3 or more years of experience. The successful candidate will: Work closely with other anatomy faculty members as part of an interdisciplinary and inquiry-based health science curriculum that includes case-based and team-based learning. Work collaboratively to prepare cadaveric dissections and student lab activities.
