PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS ON A HYBRID MODEL BASED OUT OF THE PARSIPPANY, NJ OFFICE Profile: - 2–3 years’ experience in qualitative research project management (agency or client-side) - Strong understanding of recruitment and fieldwork processes - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders Scope of the role: As a Qual PM at PRS IN VIVO, you will be part of a global team of project managers and ensure operational excellence and seamless project delivery in close partnership with the Insights team. Your key responsibilities will be: Project setup & Recruitment management - Manage project handover from Insights - Develop and manage screeners (including approvals and translations if required) - Coordinate and oversee recruitment - Build and track timelines, ensuring key milestones are met Fieldwork & Logistics coordination: - Book and liaise with venues, recruiters, and external suppliers - Coordinate moderators and translators where required - Organize fieldwork logistics (materials, stimulus preparation, shelf setups, online links, streaming, platform...
