Lead the team that keeps one of Australia’s most critical road networks safe, reliable and operating at its best. Downer is seeking an experienced Civil Lead to oversee the delivery, performance and compliance of all civil and landscape asset maintenance across the Transurban Northern Assets network. In this leadership position, you’ll manage a multi‑disciplinary civil maintenance team responsible for pavement, drainage, barriers, structures and vegetation management. You will ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, safety and asset management requirements. You’ll also play a key role in delivering shutdown works within tight access windows and coordinating high‑risk activities in live traffic environments.
