What’s the role? As Senior Manager, Vulnerability Strategy, you help shape and embed the enterprise direction for how Westpac identifies, understands and responds to customer vulnerability. This role supports the development of the Group’s vulnerability strategy, standards and priorities, drawing on emerging social issues, data, customer voice and industry insight to enable consistent, inclusive and effective outcomes for customers who require extra care. You will design and deliver initiatives that address key pain points for customers experiencing vulnerability and create positive social impact, while strengthening enterprise standards, governance and monitoring to ensure sustainable outcomes at scale.
