Become an Essential Part of Patient Care as Clinical Pharmacist! Are you a skilled clinical pharmacist looking to make a direct impact on patient care in a hospital setting? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a crucial role in ensuring safe, effective, and individualized medication therapy for our patients. Location: Good Samaritan Hospital at 375 Dixmyth Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45220 Work hours: - PRN - Shift Varies - No Weekend or holiday rotation Incentives & Benefits: This position is classified as PRN and is not eligible for TriHealth benefits. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (Required) - 1 - 2 years' experience Pharmacy (Required) - Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio ( Ohio Board of Pharmacy ) - Prescription formula and mathematics for calculating dosage and quantity - Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations - Pharmacist Job Overview: A TriHealth Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions.
