Job DetailsJob Location: Kemah, TX 77565This maintenance position oversees the efforts of a property with more than 100 units in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. Employee’s time is involved in the direct management of the on-site maintenance staff at the property. Employee is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet Oldham Goodwin Group Management’s established standards and any applicable laws. This is done for safety, appearance and operational efficiency reasons and must fall within the budgeted financial goals. Employee leads the on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis of problems and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural, and appliances. Reports To: Director of Facilities Services/ Community Manager/ Assistant Community Manager Essential Job Functions: Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance as needed.
