She/he has both a big picture view and development mind set, but in the end, is ready to jump in and get one’s hands dirty. This individual is known for skills in understanding by listening and getting things done by empowering people rather than dictating. Also, proven track record of understanding how to partner and collaborate with the business lines combined with the ability to align conceptual thinking and detailed actions is needed.
