Team Structure: This role is in the Secondaries team which is part of private equity group. The Secondaries team consists of 3 partners, 1 of counsel, 1 managing associate and 5 associates which continues to grow. The Secondaries team acts on the full range of secondaries transactions acting for buyers, sellers and sponsors on a variety of LP- and GP-led mandates.
