Summary: Responsible for directing and supervising the ash and APC operators to ensure the facility is operated and maintained in a clean, safe and efficient manner. Education/Experience: - Supervises labor support in all areas within the facility including, but not limited to housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance. - Coordinates and plans work schedules of ash and APC equipment operators. Provides direction to both and assigns work. - Manages the operation of the ash house to ensure the flow of ash allows all desired operation of the boilers. - Operates other equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, manlifts, skid steer type loaders, and other mobile equipment. - Works closely with the Operations and Maintenance Managers and the H&S Director to meet the facility's safety and operational goals. - Assigns day-to-day tasks to ash equipment operators, monitors work and reports unusual circumstances to facility manager. - Ensures the proper disposal of ash, mud, gravel, garbage and other materials. - Prepares facil...
