Staff Data Center Mechanical Engineer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments. - 5 years of experience in mechanical infrastructure. - 5 years of experience in engineering analysis, design, and construction for mission-critical facility mechanical infrastructure systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. - Experience with Pipe Stress Analysis (PSA) and PSA software (e.g., Bentley AutoPIPE, Caesar). - Experience with vendor QA/QC management and ensuring product delivery meets rigorous internal and external design standards. - Operational knowledge of construction safety procedures. - Proficiency in thermal and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Cadence Reality/6Sigma, AFT Fathom, FloTherm, or ANSYS).
