This role plays a critical part in turning those innovations into solutions that can be confidently launched, sold and supported at scale. As a Growth Delivery Manager, you will lead the work required to take products from early validation through to successful launch into BT’s customer-facing units. You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, service and operations — ensuring that products are truly ready for the real world, not just conceptually strong. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, joining the dots across teams, and seeing products land successfully with customers — creating the foundations for scale and growth.
