Schedule: Full time, days Main Function: - Ensures that all hospital-based providers are credentialed and recertified with applicable payers, working in conjunctions with the 4 Southern Region hospitals, legal and regulatory affairs, and Professional Billing. Recognizes and supports The Thompson Way. Lives the CARES values at all times. Qualifications: - Demonstrates skills in customer service, communication and problem solving. - Demonstrates organization and prioritizing assignments. - Demonstrates understanding of third-party payer regulations for enrollment and reverification of medical providers. - Demonstrates ability to maintain a collaborative working relationship with all department team members, system departments, medical staff office, payer representatives, and the medical staff. - Must ensure confidentiality and integrity of all data. - Exhibits time management skills, keyboarding skills, and multi-tasking abilities. - Makes every effort to satisfy the needs of every customer in a friendly, service-oriented manner. - Lives the CARES values at all times. - Energetic individual who demonstrates ability to work both independently as well as with multiple teams of individu...
