The Role: We’re looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer to join our data team at Fitness Passport. You’ll own the shared data platform — the modelling layer, the standards, and what self-service looks like across the whole organisation. This is a central role — you don't embed into a product squad, you serve all of them through the modelling layer. We don't have a formal semantic or metrics layer today. Building one is a core part of this job.
