Account Executive, New Business Sales, Northern Europe (Multiple Languages)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment. - Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) fluently to manage client relationships. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through focus and execution. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media with an understanding of the online advertising industry. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy. - Ability to take initiatives and be comfortable with ambiguity, to grow in a team environment. - Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
