The Administrative Assistant is a contract position for approximately 15 months to cover maternity leave. This role is based is located in Scarborough and typically reports directly to the Division Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Entering timesheets - Submitting and tracking locate requests - Processing expenses - Assisting in Proposal Preparation, estimates and bids - Creating and managing Purchase orders - Ordering material and supplies - Performing Document control functions - Managing Change order controls - Requesting subcontractor...
