The Government Relations and Public Policy team covers a wide range of responsibilities: government affairs and government relations; policy and issue area expertise; risk and crisis management and mitigation; outreach, coalitions, and partnerships. The mission of the team is to earn trust and prevent, manage, and mitigate political, legislative, and regulatory threats to TikTok. We are seeking a professional of Government Relations and Public Policy to lead our strategic engagement with government entities, regulators, and policymakers in Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, this role involves developing and executing public policy strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating the political and regulatory landscapes of both countries. The position requires expertise in relevant policy/legislative areas and public affairs experience across the two countries.
