Security Shift Supervisor Wage: $21.25-$23.00/ hour: Qualifications: - Oversee all security operations during assigned shift - Ensure proper post coverage and respond to incidents as needed - Support and supervise officers on shift - Manage access control and monitor camera/alarm systems - Track officer activity and coordinate responses throughout the shift - Supervisory or management experience preferred - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Basic computer proficiency - Strong customer service skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Excellent verbal and written communication skills ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
