As a Licensed Engine Mechanic at StandardAero in Augusta, GA, you will put your skills and powerplant expertise to use performing overhauls, major inspections, and heavy maintenance on Honeywell TFE731 and HTF7000 turbofan engines. What you'll do: - Utilize precision instruments such as micrometers, torque wrenches, and calipers to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engines and APUs - Navigate, research, and reference technical digital documents, OEM Light and Heavy Maintenance manuals. - Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on Honeywell turbofan engines. - Disassemble and re-assemble engines, adhering to OEM technical manual specifications. - Remove and reinstall engines on aircraft for major periodic inspections and core zone inspections. - Perform incoming and outgoing engine runs and line maintenance, as required. - Evaluates removed components for service...
