The Patient Services Specialist is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and medical staff. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
