Job description

Summer temporary position providing support to the CASAS Office. May assist both staff and students as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contribute to special projects that enhance CASAS's daily operations and marketing initiatives. (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: graphic design, filming and producing video content, and social media management.) - Answer phone calls, greet and assist visitors, and check in guests for appointments. - Assist with Welcome Week initiatives. - Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. - Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. - Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s Christian model and Mission – Training Champions for Christ. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS: Education and Experience: - Experience in graphic design. - Experience in customer service. - Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. - Able to work collaboratively as a team member and cultivate positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. - Able to work well under pressure, independ...
