Pickering Casino Resort & Casino Ajax are seeking a Full-time Steward! The end date of this secondment is December 31st, 2026. Please note the end date is subject to change. Under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and Food & Beverage Management Team, this position will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, culinary equipment and utensils including all dishes, glasses and pots/pans. This role must contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees meanwhile providing support to our food and beverage team. Above all else, this position must lead by example to create Great Experiences and Memories for all guests and colleagues! The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following in support of the company’s vision, mission and values: - Organize, rinse, spray and load dishes/cutlery into dishwasher or wash by hand as required; - Check completed load for cleanliness and re-wash dishes if necessary; - Report any equipment malfunctions, breakages and discrepancies to the supervisor immediately; - Store all clean dishes and kitchenware in the appropriate area; - Sort and r...
