As the Manager, General Maintenance , you will oversee a team within Facilities Management that focuses on a facilities management service delivery area. You will plan, resource, coordinate, and supervise all activities required in your assigned area, while working effectively and collaboratively with other managers to ensure efficient facility and utility maintenance and delivery for the Duke campus community. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Work generally requires a 2-Year Facilities Management related degree. Generally requires a license, where applicable. Experience: Requires eight years direct facilities management operations experience. Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Be Bold.
