Summary The RN in the Float Pool is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility. Nurses in our Float Pool serve patients on the following units: - ER - ICU (those that are trained) - Ambulatory Care Department - Med/Surg - Women and Children’s Schedule: 72 hours every 2 weeks Rotating day, evening and night shifts with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts Every 3rd weekend (12-hour shifts): Rotating holidays: Pay and Benefits: - Pay based on experience and degree - Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour - Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour - Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour - Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour - Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! - Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available - $3,000 hiring bonus! - $5,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)!
