Job description

Main Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales growth for Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Norway, identifying opportunities with IPPs, utilities, developers, EPCs, investors, and large energy users. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with customer needs and Huawei’s growth strategy in the Norwegian energy storage market. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, partners, consultants, TSOs/DSOs, and industry stakeholders in Norway. Identify, qualify, and win major utility-scale BESS projects from early-stage pipeline to contract closure. Take the commercial lead in projects: understand customer business cases, market drivers, and technical requirements, and position Huawei’s value proposition effectively. Work closely with Huawei’s solution, engineering, legal, and delivery teams to provide competitive and bankable solutions. Lead tender processes including RFI/RFP review, bid strategy, commercial negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract discussions.
