Distribution Safety Manager - 26000749 Description Position Overview: Linde Gases US is seeking a Distribution Safety Manager to join our team. This role may be based in Burr Ridge, IL or The Woodlands, TX. The Distribution Safety Manager is responsible for leading the LGUS Distribution Safety Program. This role operates with a high degree of independence, providing guidance and leadership within areas of expertise, and reports to the Director, SHEQ – LGUS. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution safety performance, including identifying leading indicators and leveraging new technologies - Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution safety support - Partner with regional safety and distribution teams to identify, update, and deliver training programs - Lead the development and continuous improvement of distribution safety standards - Analyze safety trends and implement action plans to drive performance improvement - Support the implementation of distribution-related technology enhancements across regions - Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and applicable standards - Conduct distribution safety assessments a...
