Job description

Main Tasks: - Provide engineering support and drive continuous improvement for both products and manufacturing processes - Design, develop, and improve air filtration products and filter systems - Serve as a primary resource for 2D and 3D CAD modeling - Identify, design, and implement manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and automation solutions - Troubleshoot product and production issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, manufacturability, and quality - Assist in failure analysis, product changes, and implementation of engineering updates - Develop and maintain product and manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and technical data - Analyze and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings within ERP systems - Ensure alignment of design for manufacturability (DFM), cost, and risk considerations - Support test methods, validation, and inspection criteria for products - Research industry trends and competitive products to support next-generation development - Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste - Train and mentor team members...
