Your new role: As Alpha Middle Office Senior Expert you will be responsible for: Providing primary support for operational team (BAU) support, client onboarding and change related projects Maintaining operations for all aspects of trade confirmation and settlement across multiple products (Forex Exchange, cash, equity, fixed income, money market and more) Cooperating with clients, brokers, custodians, fund accountants, various internal stakeholders and other third parties Acting as senior escalation point and subject matter expert for middle office related inquires Managing direct risk factors (operational and financial) through claims management, investigation and ownership over remediation strategies Playing key part in performance governance th...
