Job Type Full-time Description: Job Title: Maintenance Technician: Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $ 600, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.
