We are seeking a motivated, experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to provide high-quality outpatient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Location & Schedule: Primary Base: Newburyport, MA (Outpatient Clinic) Satellite Site: Occasional hours in Haverhill, MA Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week): Patient Care: 35 hours per week (Avg. 14–16 patients per day) Role Overview: Working alongside a supervising MD and an experienced NP, you will manage a diverse adult population (18+). This role offers a high degree of autonomy while maintaining a strong collaborative link with the physician for complex cases. Key Responsibilities: Specialized Care: Diagnose and manage Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes, as well as thyroid and bone disorders. Tech-Forward Treatment: Provide education and management for CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring), Insulin Pumps, InPen, and V-Go devices.
