The Elevator Pitch Evolv is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team and collaborate with other internal teams on a wide range of initiatives, with a main focus on supporting the renewal motion across the go to market (GTM) organization. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? In the first 30 days, you will: - Participate in new hire orientation. - Familiarize yourself with our instance of Salesforce.com and NetSuite. - Understand the company’s product offerings and pricing. - Support day-to-day requests for renewal pricing and quote support. Within 3 months, you will: - Independently triage and respond to the majority of renewal requests from the GTM org. - Document renewal, channel and general processes. - Leverage Salesforce.com reports and Jira to manage day to day, triage requests and hold teams accountable for data integrity.
