Job description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in enterprise, containerized, and multicloud environments, who will also take on the role of Security & Compliance Coordinator for the SWIFT scope. This position is responsible for coordinating the activities related to security governance and ensuring proper compliance with the SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF), while working closely with the teams in charge of designing and managing the infrastructure platforms. DevOps & Platform Engineering: · Design, deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across on‑premises and cloud environments. · Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of hybrid and multicloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Operate and optimize Apache Kafka clusters, including Mirror/MirrorMaker configurations for replication and resilience. · Provide support (nice‑to‑have) for MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL regarding replication, scaling, and backup strategies. · Implement observability solutions using: o OpenTelemetry o Prometheus / Grafana o Elastic · Promote DevOps/GitOps practices using: o Automation with Ansible o CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins, GitHub Act...
