SUMMARY: Responsible for completion of all duties related to the Employee Experience Center of Excellence (COE). Will provide resolution for employee relations issues. Develops performance improvement plans. Assists with the development of current talent to meet organizational goals. Handles employee activities from post-hire throughout the employment cycle.
