JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Wellness Center, the Health Screening RN is responsible for executing community health screening programs that further EMH’s Mission and Vision of measurable improving the health of the community. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - As needed, provides direction to Health Screening Techs, students & volunteers. Helps to ensure students & volunteers follow the standards of practice for their assigned service. - Teaches principles and techniques of all procedures to Health Screening Techs, students and volunteers, as needed. - Provides counseling to health screening participants based up evidence based practice standards and materials. - Focuses on helping health screening participants set one goal related to their health. - Knowledgeable in norm values for screening tests and causes of variation. - Maintains clinical c...
