Overview Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay structures, job architectures, and pay policies, that support internal equity, market competitiveness, and organizational effectiveness. Responsible for the annual compensation cycle, market benchmarking and pay equity analyses, and ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy Dallas, TX 75206 Responsibilities: - Develops, documents, and maintains company compensation policies and programs including base pay and pay ranges, pay grades, and job architectures. - Conducts market salary analysis and benchmarking against industry standards to ensure market total - Leads the annual evaluation and compensation cycle, including merit increases. Providing guidance on job evaluations, leveling and internal equity. - Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and conducts pay equity audits to eliminate disparities. - Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Supervise the daily operation of the department or team. - Oversee direct reports to ensure timely completion of dut...
