Req ID: 131000 Region: Americas: Country: USA: State/Province: Texas: City: Austin: Summary: The Senior Lead Hardware Design Engineer works within cross-functional teams, including other designers, customers, manufacturing, and project leadership to ensure robust, high-quality product development. In this role, you will research and develop new electrical systems and circuits for various applications, capturing plans through detailed schematics and system specifications. You will be responsible for leading designs based on reviews (manufacturing, test, and reliability), simulating and validating systems, and providing technical support throughout the entire manufacturing process. Detailed Description: Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains. - Participate in project planning and scheduling. - Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
