About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of our programs at the Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW) . Reporting to the Head of ACHW, this role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality academic delivery, strong student outcomes, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work collaboratively across academic teams and shared services including Student Support, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Compliance to drive excellence in learning design, delivery, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership & Management: - Lead, support and manage academic staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance - Oversee academic scheduling and resource planning across trimesters - Implement outcomes from academic committees into course delivery and LMS updates - Ensure high-quality teaching delivery and academic standards Learning Management System (LMS): - Act as the primary point of contact for the LMS (e.g. Moodle) - Manage unit rollovers, access, training, and troubleshooting - Ensure consistency in design, branding, and user experience - Support e-learning development and product b...
