Equipment Manager The Equipment Manager is responsible for ensuring golf course equipment is maintained, repaired, and kept in optimal working conditions to support daily operations and high-quality course standards. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of equipment, including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and specialized turf care machinery. The Equipment Manager will also supervise and train mechanical staff, manage inventory, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
