Job Summary Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Groundskeeper for apartment communities in Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo. Pay and Benefits: - $20/hour - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday - Full-time, year-round position - Mileage reimbursement - Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer contribution - Paid time off and paid holidays - 401(k) match - Professional development reimbursement - Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities: - Enhance the curb appeal of our properties by maintaining the parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces. - Light landscaping such as grass cutting, weeding, mulching, and pruning. - Snow removal as needed, including clearing and salting walkways. - Clean interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and property amenities. - Help with basic repairs and maintenance as needed. - Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.
