As an Operations Support Lead , you’ll be a key go-to person across our Connects services - helping to keep things on track, supporting Service Coordinators, and making sure participants continue to receive consistent, safe, and high-quality supports. We’re looking for someone who enjoys making things run smoothly, supporting others, stepping in to help solve problems when they come up and is looking for an administrative focused role supporting this core function of our organisation. This role doesn’t include formal staff supervision.
