Position Overview: The Walter CNC Set‑Up Operator is responsible for setting up, proving out, operating, and performing program adjustments on Walter CNC tool & cutter grinding machines to produce precision round cutting tools. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience grinding carbide and/or HSS tools to print.
