Shift and Status Casual role with variable hours ranging from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., with variable days and weekends. Hybrid: visiting patients in Mason, Lake, Osceola, Newaygo, Mecosta, Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Allegan, and Barry counties. About Hospice: Corewell Health Hospice specializes in providing end of life care and symptom management to individuals with a life expectancy of six month or less, serving individuals in their home, nursing facilities, and in the hospital.
