Adjunct Faculty Spanish Language: Department of Education and Integrative Studies UMGC Stateside: Location: Stateside Remote: University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach online for the Spanish and World Languages/Cultures program. Intermediate Spanish I (SPAN 211): An intermediate-level study of the Spanish language. The aim is to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish and apply them in a variety of real-life situations and social contexts in culturally appropriate ways. Intermediate Spanish II (SPAN 212): Course Desc: For online sections, microphone, speakers, and occasional synchronous work required. Prerequisite: SPAN 211 or appropriate score on a placement test. Further intermediate-level study of the Spanish language. The objective is to listen to, speak, read, and write Spanish and interact effectively with native speakers in a variety of personal and professional settings in culturally appropriate ways.
