POSITION SUMMARY: The Municipal Supervisor partners with the Manager, Municipal sales to manage the tasks and resources associated with municipal contract compliance. This includes oversight of assigned staff such as Sustainability Advisors and Compliance Monitors. The Municipal Supervisor’s responsibilities stem directly from commitments made by Republic Services within executed municipal contracts, as well as changes in law that direct contract reporting and compliance. The Municipal Supervisor works in collaboration with the Municipal Sales Manager (M.S.M.) and the Business Unit General Manager (GM), and acts as the primary liaison between the Company and municipal staff who provide specific Republic Services contract oversight. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees, adheres to, and ensures compliance with agreed-upon reporting and conditions within Republic Services’ municipal contracts.
