Job Summary: The Plant Manager will direct the activities of plant employees in a safe, compliant, reliable, and economical manner including electric power production, The I&M Natural Gas Plant Manager will direct the activities of plant employees in a safe, compliant, reliable, and economical manner including electric power production, maintenance, engineering, construction, accounting, procurement, materials management, human resources, public affairs, tax matters and compliance with regulating agencies. The Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining two-way communications with employees, managers and the general public. They will provide leadership and manage change by the development of a culture that promotes/supports teamwork, process improvement activities, employee development, and proper recognition and reward. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a combined cycle gas plant in order to bring their technical and operational knowledge to the design of the future plant.
