Position Overview We're looking for a senior Recruiting Leader who know the recruiting craft inside and out. You'll own our technical hiring strategy with a focus on Python and backend engineering talent. You’ll build pipelines, close strong hires, coach a team Talent Acquisition Specialists and help Teramind become a destination employer in the EMEA tech market. This role reports to the VP of HR and is ideal for a hands on recruiting leader who thrives in the full cycle, not just the strategic layer. What You'll Own: Lead day-to-day technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles, with a particular emphasis on Python engineers, backend developers, and software architects Build and manage a high performing TA team , set KPIs, design interview frameworks, and drive quality of hire and time to fill metrics Own EMEA talent pipelines , leverage your existing network and community presence across European tech hubs to source passive candidates and build lasting relationships with technical talent Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles in cybersecurity, SaaS, and backend engineering, using direct outreach, referrals, and community channels Define and...
